According to the reports, it was noticed that some officials in the district and organisation gave statements before electronic media and press media without prior permission from the police headquarters.
In his press release, he stated that there will be a spokesperson of the police who is appointed in every district of Assam and who will speak to the media official on all matters. Thereby, directing the SPs from all districts of Assam to refrain from speaking in front of the media.
